Bridget and Stephen are both certified personal trainers and nutrition coaches with years of experience building muscle, strength, and changing body composition in their clients.

 

Bridget started working at her dad's supplement store in 2015 and grew more and more interested in training and nutrition. She competed in her first bodybuilding competition in 2017 and went on to get her NASM and Precision Nutrition certifications. She's since competed in 2 more bodybuilding competitions, 1 powerlifting meet, runs Eddie's Health Shoppe downtown location, and coaches full time at Forever Fit Coaching. She has consulted with over 600 men & women and coached 250+ individuals to reach their health and fitness goals. It is her passion to teach people about their bodies and nutrition and to help them find a sustainable diet for long-term results.

 

Stephen is a teacher by trade. After serving in the U.S. Army Special Forces as a Green Beret, he obtained a degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Personal Training. He has trained clients ranging from teenagers to the 60+ population. He is also a Certified Nutrition Coach, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Bodybuilding Coach and Corrective Exercise Specialist. One of his favorite things about coaching is to help people get out of pain through movement and exercise.

 

We began Forever Fit Coaching because we know there is so much noise out there about health, fitness, and what quality nutrition looks like. We have the education and more importantly the experience to help individuals create a healthy baseline that is sustainable (Hence: Forever Fit!). As husband and wife, we work together to provide our clients excellent nutrition protocols that accomplish their goals and improve body composition. We provide fun, safe, and effective training programs that develop muscle and improve quality of life as well as performance in other disciplines like running.
